Divine Joojo Darko known in music life as “Nene Joojo” is a highlife artiste who hails from Ada-Krobo Traditional area.

He began his music as an underground rapper with colleagues such as Dr Cryme, Sarkodie, Danso Abbiam, Stay Jay etc.

He was later discovered by all-time best Goerge Kwabena Adu also known as “Kwabena Kwabena” in the music industry where he converted him from rapping to singing.

He has his debut professional song in 2012 where he featured on two brilliant songs titled “engya me ho” and “kyere wo do” with Kwabena Kwabena on his Daakye album.‘’Engya me ho” went on to win the Best Hilife Video of the year in 2013 at the 4Syte Music Video Awards.After a successful stint with Kbkb music for over close to 10 years, Nene Joojo came out with his first single titled “Awo” which was composed in both the Ada-Krobo language mixed with Twi and Ewe.

The song was well received by Ghanaians. Now he is out with a new banger titled “Empaboa fofro” which features one of the dope rappers Ghana can boast of in the person of Teephlow.

The song talks about the happiness realised when you find a new but true love out of a bad one. Nene Joojo promises to thrill Ghanaians and beyond with pure hilife songs that will get them dancing on their feet every time. All he ask from every Ghanaian is their support and love coupled with their prayers.
