Video: Shirley Frimpong-Manso, Joselyn Dumas featured on CNN

American basic cable and satellite television channel, Cable News Network (CNN), has featured award-winning Ghanaian film producer, Shirley Frimpong-Manso to discuss her upcoming movie, 'V-Republic' on the cable's Inside Africa.

Host of CNN's Inside Africa, Soni Methu also discussed the 'Strength of Ghanaian women' as Shirley Frimpong-Manso, who is re-writing the future of women in Ghanaian film tackles tough subjects'.

Shirley talked about her career, Ghanaian women and also touched on a lot of topical issues in Ghana and the movie industry, "I have been a strong advocate for women issues..."

Actress Joselyn Dumas, also featured in the video attested to the good works of the award-winning film producer regarding her roles in some of her movies.

'V-Republic' is a drama series movie which focuses on four women and the complexity on their relationships.

Shirley Frimpong-Manso has movies to her credit including, 'Adams Apple' series, 'Love or something like that' which featured Joselyn Dumas, 'Check Mate', 'A Sting in a tale', among other productions.
