Video of Patapaa singing Christmas carol pops up

Swedru superstar, Patapaa, real name, Justice Amoah has decided to serve us his own version of the popular Christmas carol ‘we wanna wish you a Merry Christmas’ by Jose Feliciano.

The ‘One Corner’ hitmaker who is billed to perform at this year’s ‘MTN Carol’s Service’ in a video to promote the event sighted by zionfelix.net totally murders and tears the song apart in a very hilarious and pathetic manner, as he does not even know the lyrics of the song.

The ‘MTN Carol’s Service’ is expected to come off on Friday, December 21, at the Fantasy Dome, International Trade Fair Centre, in Accra. Even though Patapaa’s decision to perform a rendition of the popular Christmas carol was very hilarious and terrible, he would have another chance to prove his worth when he performs at the MTN organized event.

Apart from Patapaa, other artistes billed for the show are Kuami Eugene, Adina, Kwesi Arthur, MTN Viva Voices, Nacee, Feli Nuna and more.

The MTN Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols has grown in popularity over the years, necessitating a move away from its Accra International Conference Centre(AICC) ‘home’ to the Fantasy Dome which accommodates more people.
