Vlisco celebrates heroes on father's day

Vlisco celebrated fathers for their unique role in building homes, raising children and shaping the destiny of nations. Fathers are heroes to their children regardless of their status in society.

As part of the Vlisco brand activities for the year, about 50 fathers were hosted by Vlisco at the plush Vlisco flagship store at Accra Mall to some great entertainment – Poetry recited by Nana Asaase, an exclusive fashion show by Royal Dennis and Samsons Creations, good music and great company for networking.

Speaking at the event, Marketing Director of Vlisco Ghana, Rev. Stephen Badu mentioned the special role men play in the growth of the Vlisco brand. From the origination of the beautiful Vlisco designs to the styling of Vlisco clothes for our women, fathers/men are the main actors.

He recounted the role played by the late Kofi Ansah and the role being played by current fathers such as Samsons Creations, Royal Dennis, Karim Issaka, Patrick of House of Eccentric just to mention a few, in creating clothes for our women.
