Outspoken host of Kasapa FM’s Entertainment Show, Kojo Preko Dankwa has descended on institutions assigned to censor creative works of Ghanaian artistes.

Kojo took his facebook page to express his disappointment in the Ministry of Tourism & Creative Art, Ministry of Communication, GHAMRO and MUSIGA for their failure to censor most of the songs being played on radio and television.

His outburst came shortly after dancehall artist Shatta Wale and controversial singer Wanlov De Kubolor released their outrageous and profane songs online which got most of their fans frown on their unethical song.

I am amazed, surprised , shocked and wonder if we really we have a Ministry, Unions, and Organisations that really sit and check music in this country.

The moral fibre of this country is diminishing little by little with nasty songs in the system. The flimsy and useless excuse they give is that they are STREET SONGS. Who the hell termed it street songs. Ohh Ghana.

We sit here and tickle ourselves and say our industry is growing but I say is growing worse and worse. No morals , education, and cultural values are dead. Who controls the technology we call social media, which laws have been set by Ghana to curb and censor our social media platforms? (I stand to be corrected) these so called dirty, nasty street songs are rather spreading like wildfire and faster to our little kids and even popular with the youth.

I’m sure you have heard those canker (songs) spreading like wildfire. It’s not interesting that these so called musicians are being managed by the same so called gurus in the industry? The so-called gurus who want to be called on radio and television to educate us, they think they are there and we should bow to them because they are champion Atta!!!!!! OMG!!!!! THEY ARE DISASTERS AND SHAMEFUL TO THE INDUSTRY.

Now it has hit us and we can’t control it. Bow down your heads in shame and call a spade a spade. Trying to run away from this shameful act, they say do radio edit. Radio edit under my foot!!!!. who is being hurt the more, when these same artist are called to perform the same song on stage. Radio can control but the streets who controls???? America is suffering and can’t fight guns in their country.

One of the reason is they allowed rap songs with guns and infused shooting etc. now it is a canker. Parliamentarians hmmmm the least said about them the better. Today my good friend Halifax writes in news one- STOP WORK: NO MORE CENSORSHIP AND CLASSIFICATION IN GHANA. I WILL BE BACK!!!!!!!
