And that is exactly what a Deputy Minister of Gender, Children and Social Protection, Benita Sena Okity Dua, a former Miss Ghana, communicated when she graced this year’s Ghana Movie Awards.

Wearing a straight dress with a belt and purse to match, she rocked the red carpet of the awards show.
