Work smart not hard – Sammy Forson

Popular radio presenter Sammy Forson has said that working smart rather than hard makes it easier to accomplish your goals.

The radio icon took to his Instagram page urging fans to be deep thinkers and add a little intelligence to work.

“You don't always have to follow the pattern… Stand out... Be exceptional... Work smart... There's a huge difference between working hard and working intelligently,” he said.
