You are the wrong person to even make that statement – Efia Odo slams KOD

Broadcaster and showbiz personality Kofi Okyere Darko, popularly known as KOD has come under immense attack in the last 24 hours following an infamous post he made on Facebook.

In the said post, KOD apparently sought to advice women to subscribe to a lifestyle which guarantees their eligibility to receive marriage proposals from men.

KOD posited among others that ‘men want women who can make a home and not be all over‘.

He made these statements as part of a congratulatory message he was delivering to John Dumelo when he received an invitation from the latter to be present at his marriage ceremony held, Saturday, 12th May 2018.

The comments by KOD triggered furious reactions from actress, Yvonne Okoro and a host of other female celebrities including Juliet Ibrahim, Lydia Forson, Yvonne Nelson, Sandra Ankobiah, Kafui Danku and Deborah Vanessa.

Actress Efia Odo has become the latest female celebrity to unleash a venomous response to the comments by KOD. She reacted by tweeting the following:
