YujinSpeaks, one of Ghana’s fast-rising spoken-word artists, gave an impressive account of himself last weekend at the play, ‘I Want To Sue God!’

With his role as an interlude in between the scenes, he caught the attention of the audience with his mood swings and almost impeccable diction.

He confessed, “It was such an awesome feeling. As long as we have life, we will be doing this for quite a pretty long time!”

The eloquent, handsome artist with his experience in the spoken-word space added some touch of finesse to the show which left a lasting, indelible image on the minds of the audience. His unique style of presentation almost always connects the audience to his imaginary world.

‘I Want To Sue God!’ is a high voltage, rib-cracking stage play which mocks how we blame God for choices we make on our own. The Kobina Ansah play was staged on Legon campus over the weekend. There is a re-run on KNUST campus, specifically CCB Auditorium, on Independence Day.

YujinSpeaks gave his last words, “I would urge theatre lovers to catch the ‘I Want To Sue God!’ train wherever it finds itself. There’s a salad of emotions and excitement to be served everyone.”
