Yvonne Nelson storms Nollywood with ‘Single, Married & Complicated’

Nigerian movie fans await popular Ghanaian actress, Yvonne Nelson, as she premieres her latest movie, Single, Married & Complicated, in Nigeria this weekend.

The new movie, which is a sequel to the 2012 hit movie, Single & Married, attracted a lot of buzz across the continent when the actress released posters, snapshots and a trailer for the movie early this year.

Produced by Yvonne’s YN productions and directed by Pascal Amanfo, the movie features a star-studded cast of Chris Attoh, John Dumelo, Nollywood’s Alex Ekubo, Eddie Watson, Nollywood’s Tana Adelana, Anita Erskine and Berla Mundi, among others.

The cast will be converging at the Silverbird Galleria Cinemas in Lagos where the movie’s main premiere is scheduled to take place. It will also be screened at other Silverbird cinemas across Nigeria.

It is confirmed that the actress will be joined by John Dumelo and some other Ghanaians in the cast at the highly anticipated main premiering event.

The upcoming movie does not only have a lot of interesting and captivating cast; it equally has a very captivating storyline.

Picking up from Single & Married, this sequel continues to explain certain happenings in marriage, with a greater focus on how most men eternally crave to love and to be loved.

It has been described as a suspense-filled story, woven with a comic thrilling plot of love, lust and lies.
