Zylofon Arts Fund (ZAF), a subsidiary of Zylofon Media is set to employ 100 youth in Sunyani, capital of the Brong Ahafo Region.
Successful applicants will be engaged as direct sales representatives who will be responsible for the selling of either the DVDs on the market, produced by ZAF or productions by other directors on agreed terms with ZAF.
Speaking in interview with Tactical Shifo on Cheers 100.5 FM’s Drive, which was monitored by the News Hunter Magazine, the Public Relations Officer for Zylofon Arts Fund, Mr Frank Kwabena Owusu (Franky 5) said the CEO of Zylofon Media, Nana Appiah Mensah is very passionate about supporting the creative art industry in Ghana.
"Nana Appiah Mensah is ever ready to support people who will present valuable business proposals to the Fund. These ideas when sold can help the owners in a long run.
"With this, the fund is willing to support people with interest-free rate capitals to work on their brilliant ideas, and once profits are earned, the principal amount received from the funds can be returned to,” he stated.
Frank believes this move has been necessitated to create jobs for the people of Ghana due to the limited opportunities in this country.
"Our visit to Sunyani is to create jobs for the youth with a task to employ about one hundred (100) people from each region who will as well represent the brand of Zylofon across the country. Overall, about one thousand (1,000) will be created,” Frank Owusu explained.
He said those who are ready to grab the opportunity could earn a minimum of One Hundred Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢1,000.00) or more every month.
Mr Frank Owusu, therefore, urged the youth to utilize the opportunity presented to them.
