YEN.com.gh earlier reported that award-winning Ghanaian songstress, Becca, has married her Nigerian fiance at a traditional ceremony in Accra over the weekend.
However, there were some unconfirmed reports that some colleagues of Becca, were conspicuously missing at the much-talked-about Ghana-Nigeria marriage ceremony.
One Instagram account, Thosecalledcelebs, on commenting on the matter, revealed that there was a reason for the absence of some of the Zylofon Media stars from the wedding.
The post on Instagram read, "Becca bra ha wogye de3n??? Ur colleagues in the Zylofonemedia claims u are too arrogant. ...u dnt like their posts or even invites them to ur programmes. ..u feel big among dem wen der is a meeting. ...u dnt talk to dem n soo many things. ..so dey are minding their businesses by not wishing u...@beccafrica na true???"
Prior to the allegation made by the Instagram user, the same user called out some colleagues of Becca for an issue of infighting.
The previous post read, "I just wanna ask @empress_dictabee and @bibibright what @beccafrica has done to them??? i just entered to Zylofonemedia camp na nsem! Nsem!! Competition. ..arrogancy. ..challenge. .eeei boi i heard something kraaa n i was thinking de person was lying so i decided to watch things on Becca bdae...Bibi and Bene were able to wish people on their pages but dey found it soo difficult to wish Becca....lets see if dey wld be attending her alleged wedding with their hypocritical lives mada wai"
Hours to the wedding, an entertainment pundit, Amandzeba Fiifi Smith, reportedly predicted doom over the newly-weds and claimed the marriage between Becca and her husband will collapse.
Speaking in an interview on Nhyira FM, the popular entertainment pundit revealed that, "We won't see he daylight of this marriage".
He went on to cite the examples of failed Ghanaian-Nigerian relationships including that of Yvonne Nelson and Iyanya and Iceberg Slim and Juliet Ibrahim.
One of the highlights of the wedding was a video which showed the couple dancing to music from Nigeria's Wizkid as they showed off their 'shaku shaku' dance moves at their wedding reception.
The wedding which was reportedly held somewhere at Airport in Accra, saw many of Becca's celebrity friends, including Yvonne Nelson, Jackie Appiah, among others, attending.
Though many pictures of the event have been circulating online, it seems those pictures were not official and thus have obvious quality challenges.
Becca had kept the identity of her man secret for many months and even shared a picture with him on social media but covered his face with a love sign.
The cat was finally let out of the bag and it turned out to be Daniel Oluwatobi Sanni, a music mogul in Nigeria.
The award-winning singer tied the knot with her Nigerian fiance just 3 days after her 34th birthday and she just could not keep calm about it.
A few days to the big day, however, award-winning actress Yvonne Nelson and Stonebwoy's manager, Blakk Cedi gave away hints that indeed, Becca was getting married.
Apart from music, Becca is into other businesses and she recently opened a beauty spa in Accra.
