Jewel Ackah
Zionfelix.com is reporting that the CEO of Zylofon Media, Nana Appiah Mensah has gifted ariste, Jewel Ackah a sum of $10,000 after hearing the plight of the musician who thrilled many during his hay days.
Jewel Ackah during an interview on Accra-based Peace FM narrated the hardship he has had to suffer and how he was rejected by the current crop of leaders in the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
Moved by the story of the legendary highlife artiste, the CEO of Zylofon Media ordered that $10,000 be given to him.
Jewel Ackah is known for songs such as “Kyere Mase” and is credited for composing the anthem for Ghana’s biggest opposition party, NDC.
Jewel’s career suffered gravely after he meddled in politics and have since not been able to make any impact in the industry.
