Zynnell Zuh fires back at critics over lingerie photo

Ghanaian actress Zynnell Lydia Zuh has fired back at critics of her recent photos in which she was dressed in a bikini.

Zynnell says she wore the lingerie-like dress on purpose and saw absolutely nothing wrong with it. The beautiful actress received a lot of bashing and criticism when she released her promo photos, including a shot in which she wore the bikini-like dress.

She however told NEWS-ONE in a short conversation yesterday that she saw nothing wrong with the dress.

“I absolutely see nothing wrong with the lingerie dress. My team and I wanted to create a retro look and I think we achieved that with the props, hair and top. The shorts was me putting a twist to the ensemble,” she said.

“I did a photo shoot showcasing different looks. Why is this particular picture causing any controversy? Is it because the picture exposes my leg from hip to calf? Why would anybody consider it to be indecent exposure? I am more covered up in this outfit than if I was wearing a two piece swimsuits or lingerie. Besides I am comfortable in my own skin as any normal person should be,” she said when asked about disapproval surrounding the photo.
