TH 4 Kwages Soul Records has once again dropped another album unto the Ghanaian music industry. The latest from these guys offers the best songs and will not disappoint fans. The album which is the much anticipated album is from one of the best hiplife groups, am referring to no other group than the three talented dreadlock rappers ? TH4 Kwages.

The album is definitely going to cause a stir in the music industry after their come back from their short break, which they will start serious promos and be at every musical event in Ghana, nationwide and abroad.

Ghana Music.Com was once again privileged to have a one-on-one chit chat with them at the Warehouse Nyte Klub after the shooting of their 'Me Ye Aware' video clip, which will soon be shown on television stations. They have come all the way from Taxi Driver, Kwagebom and now they say 'Won Gye', let me make it clear to you, they mean you can?t handle it.

TH4 Kwages are no strangers to the hiplife world, thanks to their prolific album productions with Sass Squad and their own two other albums. Speaking to Scooby Selah, he said ?this is one of our biggest albums ever produced?.

I decided to know the threesome crew by their individual and musical life by starting with Olasty Bingo, the new member of TH4 Kwages.

Olasty, a Takoradi citizen was born on 25th July to Mr J.D. Darmey and Yaa Bereko as Frank Darmey. The muscular lad loves talking to women, listening to ragga music and watching black movies.

?I basically started going to variety shows, friends and other people saw that I was good and urged me to come out or join a group. Later on I met Atsu Koliko and Scooby Selah and started moving with them but was not part of the group until they featured me on the ?Serwaa? and ?Nana Esi?.  Olasty Bingo had his early education at St. Peters and is also a product of Takoradi Secondary School.

Atsu Koliko known in real life as Stephen Tsatsu also has a twin brother who is outside the country. From the time he was born, he knew he had the talent within him. So he also started going to shows like Olasty Bingo and met Scooby Selah who later introduced him to the Sass Squad. He broke off from Sass Squad and formed the Fanti-rap group, TH4 Kwages. His parent?s names are Wisdom Abaya and Aku Nanavi. He had his elementary education at Snaps Preparatory School and then proceeded to Snaps for his S.S.S education.

The body-cracker Scooby Selah is another young lad in the group. Born as Emmanuel Fiifi Botchway to Mr and Mrs Botchway, he attended Chapel Hill Preparatory and J.S.S and proceeded to Adisadel College. His hobbies are playing computer games and listening to music.

Asking them why they decided to name their album ?Won Gye?, Atsu Koliko took the chance to speak first and said ?Because unity has always been our strength, it has brought us this far and we are unleashing our best on this album?, Atsu Koliko said

"We have the best sound engineers on the ?Won Gye? album and they are Jay Q, Ubert, Hammer and Morris. And this makes the album a quality one to be played at music playing joints", Olasty Bingo added.

"We featured Sass Squad on the album to let people know that we are still together. So I guess this is good enough to convince people that the album is the best one from Kwages", as Scooby finalised the convincing ways of getting their album.

Music fans and the press have reacted to their thick vocal-house beats and their performances they've done recently. The group want to advise all about undecent things in the country through their album.

The cassettes are out but they will come out with a big launch soon.  Go to the music market, grab a copy of their album and listen to the lyrics so that you will know what they want to tell you. The album has got messages and lessons from everyday life experience or happenings.

Asking Atsu Koliko about what he thinks of the music industry now, he said "First the sound quality was poor but now the quality is good. Now there is a new dimension in the hiplife sector which is the jama beats, so you see we are going some where. The cassettes are now out so go grab them now".

For their last words, they said ?We are the lyrical designers and we are bringing the best from the West?. Call their manager who is so dedicated to them on 233 24 4686 589 for more juicy info's about them.
