Ruky Supports Education In Central Region

We have seen quite a number of Ghanaian musicians helping the less fortunate in the society for some time now.

A new hiplife entrant artiste by name Ruky has initiated a project dubbed “Ruky Education and Literacy Project” (R.E.L.P). R.E.L.P. will be hold workshops, counselling sessions, provide classroom blocks and educational materials for OIEM Orphanage (Elmina based) and other rural communities in the Central Region.

To crown it all, a musical tour will be held in Central region and all proceeds from the tour will be used to support education in the Central Region. The tour will take off in August.

The project is supported by the France Information Centre of the French Embassy, Music For Development, Q-Lex Entertainment and Soul Records.

Ruky whose debut album is titled “The Project” recently launched his album at CNC in Cape Coast with guest appearances from Castro, Screw face, Shilo, Dr. Poh, Bak Tye, King David, Pope Skinnie, Rhoda, Lloyd-e and Ahenfie.
