IS THAT HOW TO GROW A BANKRUPT, HEAVILY INDEBTED AND TAXED THIRD-WORLD HIGHLY LOOTED ECONOMY AND DISINCENTIVIZE "FREE-FOR-ALL" STATE CORRUPTION AND GRAFT?
