In the auto industry, garment industry ,arms industry, music industry , imitations are rampant . Even people imitate the way others dress , walk and talk and that is how life goes on . Why sue somebody for imitating you .

And besides you may just be part of the punishment he’s receiving after publicly hyping wrong!
