Xtertic UK, a London based company which specializes in Events Management Consultancy, Planning, Public Relations and Marketing is collaborating with Big Events Gh. Ltd., a Ghana based Promotions and Production Company to Launch the biggest Awards show ever to hit Ghana: THE RADIO AND TELEVISION PERSONALITY AWARDS.

Speaking to one of the Management members of Xtertic UK, Mr. Michael Alvin Slaughter on phone some few days ago from London, he stated that both Xtertic UK and Big Events Gh. Ltd. have specific roles to play as far as the event is concerned.

According to him, Xtertic UK is charged with the responsibility of gathering logistical support from UK, planning and executing the Awards show and handling the Public Relations and Communication of the entire event. Big Events Gh. Ltd. on the other hand is responsible for the promotions, productions and seeking local sponsorship for the event.

Mr. Michael Alvin Slaughter also stated on phone that the LAUNCH of the event will be a simple one but he was however quick to state that the main Awards show will be “CLASSIC AND GLAMOROUS” looking at what they are going to put in and also about the fact that Xtertic UK team will arrive in Ghana well in advance to put the event together.

He also said that a TOP UK Artiste will arrive with the team for the Awards show. Flex newspaper has gathered that almost all Radio and Television Presenters in Ghana, Station Managers, Music Artistes, Movie Stars and Entertainment gurus in Ghana would be invited to witness the LAUNCH.

When he was asked to give more details on the Awards, Mr. Slaughter declined, insisting that people will get the feel of the main Awards show when they come to see the launch of the event at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Accra on 15th January, 2011 at 7pm prompt.

We will follow the event and inform its readers accordingly. Meanwhile individuals and corporate organizations are welcome to support this event.
