If it is true that a go fund me established for Kwadee has been misused by his mother and thereby leaving him stuck at the treatment facility, social services must act on his behalf by taking legal action against the mother ...

If it is true that a go fund me established for Kwadee has been misused by his mother and thereby leaving him stuck at the treatment facility, social services must act on his behalf by taking legal action against the mother to recoup the money to pay his hospital bills so that he can be discharged home.
