You need to let Akosua Serwaa know the fundatmental principles of the law governing this case.
I am not privy to the laws governing this case but common sense will tell me that, whatever properties left by DL would not be shared by halves as Akosua Serwaa and Papa Shee are demanding.
Mr.Lawyer start from now by teaching your client Aksoua Serwaa about PNDC LAW 111 since DL left more children behind.

Smart lawyer kusi..the guy is acting smart..he knows there is no way that dangerous woman Akosua Serwaa will win any case in Ghana..the new celebrity in town madam Akosua Serwaa is not winning any law case in Ghana with her fabricated lies so as a good lawyer, the best thing to do is to find an escape route..Akosua Serwaa thinks Ghana judicial system is a joke, she don’t even respect the judicial system because bringing fake documents to court anywhere in Europe could land you in jail..the case dieer, it’s done, even if she brings ICC lawyers, it won’t change the outcome..the best thing for Akosua Serwaa to do is to choose peace over loosing battle..if she wants to continue in this path, then she has a long way to go..

If he does not feel safe he should take the case to Ecowas court or the International Court of Justice. The ruling was absurd and goes against basic reasoning. It is a dent on our judiciary. What kind of law is that . The legal council and all lawyers should have condemned that ruling .

A fool is always a fool. You are now relising your limitation. If you handle cases from greedy fools, you also becone a greedy fool.
