Sarkodie took his flagship concert, Rapperholic to the iconic Royal Albert Hall in London
On March 6, 2026, Ghana’s 69th Independence Day celebration, rapper Sarkodie took his flagship concert, Rapperholic, to the iconic Royal Albert Hall in London, making history as the first African rapper to sell out the venue.
Over the years, Rapperholic has grown to be one of Ghana’s most anticipated annual music concerts.
The show has consistently sold out major venues while featuring some of the biggest Ghanaian and international acts.
During the London edition of the concert, Sarkodie not only delivered an energetic performance but also shared the stage with several artistes who contributed to unforgettable moments on the night.

Efya reveals baby bump on stage
Songstress Efya surprised fans when she appeared on stage with a visible baby bump, publicly revealing it for the first time during the UK edition of Rapperholic.
Efya and Sarkodie have a long history of musical collaborations, with the singer frequently lending her vocals to some of the rapper’s biggest songs and live performances over the years.
Their chemistry on stage has always been a fan favourite, and the Rapperholic UK show was no different as the two performed their hit songs “I’m In Love With You” and “Saara.”
During the moment, Sarkodie congratulated Efya on stage for her pregnancy. He jokingly added that although many fans might have wished the two were expecting a child together, Efya is like a sister to him.

Sarkodie pays tribute to Daddy Lumba
During the concert, Sarkodie also paused his set to honour the late Highlife legend Daddy Lumba.
For several minutes, he paid tribute by playing some of the legend’s classic songs such as “Wo Ho Kyere” and “Asee Ho.”
Sarkodie even added his signature dance moves with a Highlife twist as the crowd sang along and cheered to the timeless records.

The duo performed the drill hit “Cry No More,” sending the audience into a frenzy.

Five Star, King Promise, was also part of the lineup. He performed some of his collaborations with Sarkodie including “Can’t Let You Go” and “Favourite Story,” drawing cheers from the audience as they sang along.
