Here's the full list of nominees for the 2026 Telecel Ghana Music Awards

The wait is finally over.

Charterhouse has unveiled the full list nominees for the 27th Telecel Ghana Music Awards, and the list is packed with familiar heavyweights, rising stars and a few surprises that are already sparking debates across social media.

Leading the charge are Medikal, Stonebwoy and Sarkodie, who put in impressive showings, with nominations spread across multiple categories, including Artiste of the Year.

Black Sherif continues his upward trajectory, picking up nods in the Artiste of the Year, Best Hiphop Song, Best Afropop Song, Best Music Video and Songwriter of the Year categories, also making him one of the most-nominated acts of the edition and a strong contender for the night's biggest prize.

On the gospel front, Diana Hamilton features prominently, earning an Artiste of the Year nomination alongside a spot in the Best Urban/Contemporary Gospel category.

The Artiste of the Year category itself is as competitive as it has ever been, with Black Sherif, Medikal, Stonebwoy, Wendy Shay, Sarkodie and Diana Hamilton all in contention.
