Sarkodie and Amaraae are set to make their debut in 'First Day on Earth' series
Rapper Sarkodie and singer Amaarae are set to join other outstanding Ghanaian talents in a highly anticipated new series.
In a post shared on X on April 2, 2026, the two musicians announced that they are set to appear in a series titled 'First Day on Earth'.
The series, produced by Michaela Coel, is set to premiere on HBO.
“First Day on Earth” also features acclaimed Ghanaian actors, including Akrobeto, Adjetey Anang, Joselyn Dumas, Akofa Edjeani, Sister Deborah, and Roselyn Ngissah, among others.

Following the announcement, some Ghanaians have taken to X to express their support for Sarkodie and Amaarae as they venture into acting.
Others have also expressed excitement about the supporting cast and the fact that the series will be aired on HBO.
