Sista Afia has sparked online debate following some happenings during her performance at the just-ended Gomoa Street Carnival on April 6, 2026.
In a video circulating on X and sighted on April 7, 2026, the singer paused mid-performance and invited a fan, identified as Lion, onto the stage.
The one-minute, 49-second footage captured Sista Afia handing him a cloth and asking him to wipe sweat from her chest.

The fan obliged as the crowd erupted in cheers.
