The government has no right to legislate on how ghanaians should lead their sexual lives. And no ghanaian has the right to impose his/her religious values on others. Ghana is not a theocratic state. Ghana is a circular state and the constitution grants freedom of association. Have the lgbtq+ people commited any crime against the state?
