Ghanaian musician Okuraseni Samuel, born Samuel Obeng Wiafe, has accused his former manager, Mark Okraku-Mantey of deliberately blocking several international performance opportunities that he says could have transformed his music career.

Speaking in an emotional interview on Nhyira FM’s Entertainment Power Show with DJ Ogidi Brown, the artiste said his rise to fame after appearing on the first edition of TV3 Mentor brought him significant attention and opened doors beyond Ghana.

According to him, that exposure quickly translated into what he described as multiple performance invitations and tour arrangements in Europe.

However, he claims those opportunities never materialised because they were allegedly obstructed by his former manager.

Okuraseni Samuel said the situation cost him valuable international exposure and left a lasting impact on his career path.

He argued that if the European shows had gone ahead as planned, his profile in the global music scene would have grown far more significantly.

He described the experience as painful and said it changed the direction of his professional journey at a critical stage of his rise in the industry.
