Ernestina Fosu insists only immediate family would inherit Daddy Lumba’s estate
Ernestina Fosu, elder sister of the late Highlife legend Daddy Lumba, has emphatically stated that she will not allow any “outsider” to take over her brother’s properties.
In a video sighted by GhanaWeb, Ernestina explained that when Daddy Lumba needed support, no outsider came to his aid, apart from his siblings.
She noted that the three of them, born to the same parents, supported his journey, insisting that no outsider should benefit from his estate.
According to her, the late musician’s wife, children, and immediate family should have a share in his estate, not distant relatives or unrelated individuals.
“I will never allow outsiders to take over my brother’s properties. Our mother gave birth to three of us, and no one helped Lumba except his siblings. We supported each other, so I won’t allow any outsider to take what belongs to him. If my brother is no more, he has wives and children who should inherit from him, so I won’t allow anyone else to come in and take it,” she said.
