Ajagurajah is a Ghanaian prophet
Leader of the Ajagurajah Movement, Bishop Kwabena Asiamah, popularly known as Ajagurajah, has shared his reasons for spraying money during funerals and other public events.
In an interview shared on X on April 14, 2026, Prophet Ajagurajah stated that spraying money at public gatherings is supported by the Bible.
Quoting a scripture, he explained that he gains multiple returns from spraying money, adding that individuals who are not spiritually fortified are incapable of doing so publicly.

He further noted that such individuals risk losing their wealth if they are not spiritually strong.
“Anyone who is spiritually fortified and strong can spray money. Because if you are not spiritually strong and you spray money, whoever picks it up can harm you. They can make you lose all your money,” he said.

Prophet Ajagurajah also mentioned dancehall artiste Shatta Wale as one of the spiritually fortified individuals, citing his habit of spraying money at public events.
“Shatta Wale is spiritually strong and also my senior man. Before there was anything called the Ajagurajah Movement, there was Bandana, so I give him his respect. There are only three movements in Ghana: the Ajagurajah Movement, Philadelphia, and the Shatta Movement,” he added.
