Moliy is an award-winning artiste
Ghanaian singer Moliy has etched her name in history, becoming the first Ghanaian artiste to earn a nomination at the prestigious American Music Awards for its 2026 edition.
The 'Shake It To The Max' hitmaker was nominated for the Best Afrobeats Artiste category alongside some of Africa's heavyweights.
The list includes South Africa's Tyla and Nigeria's Burna Boy, Wizkid, and Rema, and is scheduled for May 25.
Known for her genre-blending sound and a distinct artistic identity that has consistently set her apart, Moliy has been quietly but steadily building a fanbase well beyond the African continent.
