Ghanaian singer, Enam Music, has opened up about the deeper purpose behind her music, describing it as a powerful tool for healing and transformation.

Speaking in an interview with Anita Akuffo on TV3 on April 15, 2026, the artiste emphasized that her songs go beyond mere entertainment.

“My music is a song for our soul. It’s not just a song that’s meant to entertain you. It will entertain you, but the greater benefit is that you will be healed,” she said.

According to Enam Music, her craft is rooted in uplifting people and serving as emotional and spiritual support during difficult times.

“Music is here to serve as food for the soul; it’s here to heal and uplift us. The kind of music I do here is to uplift the souls of people and heal them. It’s just like when you’re in that hard time and you need a friend or a shoulder to cry on, you can have music too,” she explained.

She further noted that her songs are intentionally created with subliminal messages and affirmations designed to impact listeners positively.

“When you make a song and the song is invested in subliminal and it has affirmations that can work for people, that song is medicine,” she shared.

The singer also expressed concern about the current state of the music industry, stating that many songs today lack depth and healing qualities.

“These days, we don’t usually find most of the music that has medicine in it,” she said.

Touching on spirituality, Enam Music described life as a balance between physical and spiritual existence, stressing that her music taps into both dimensions.

“It’s not always about spirituality because spirituality is something that’s general. We are living a double life; twelve hours physical and twelve hours spiritual. When you’re sent into the dream world, that’s you embarking on your spiritual purpose. When you’re in the waking world, you’re in the physical purpose,” she stated.

She emphasized that her music works beyond belief systems or language barriers, claiming its impact is universal and even scientific.

“My songs are subliminal. Whether you understand the language or not, or you believe in what I believe in or not, it’s not even about faith, it’s scientific, so when you listen to them, you would have the exact result,” she added.
