Fameye has expressed admiration for Shatta Wale
Ghanaian singer Fameye has opened up about his desire to collaborate with dancehall artiste Shatta Wale, revealing that he has been unable to reach him in recent times.
In an interview on JoyPrime TV, the “Nothing I Get” hitmaker explained that he previously shared a good relationship with Shatta Wale. According to him, they used to communicate regularly, but that has changed as his messages now go unanswered.
“I need his verse. Shatta was my very good friend, and we used to talk a lot, he and I. But all of a sudden u don’t know what happened, and I don’t know if I have offended him in any way. I know myself, I am a very pure person, so I don’t do things that would go against me in the long run,” he said

Fameye stated that beyond a musical collaboration, he also values Shatta Wale as someone he would like to keep within his close circle of friends.
“It’s not just because I want him in the studio, he’s someone that it would be nice if I'm close to, anyone can say whatever they think, but I really admire him.”
He further noted that he is unaware of any wrongdoing on his part that may have led to the current situation. However, he expressed willingness to make amends if he has, indicating that he would appreciate the opportunity to resolve any issues between them.
