Najel Foundation Easter Kids Funfair
The Najel Foundation Easter Kids Funfair offered a wide range of fun and thrilling activities for young children.
Kids from various vicinities within the Ledzorkuku-Krowor trooped to the Bethlehem Presby Park at Teshie.
With a glimpse of a health screening session, both parents and children were screened for various health disorders to curb some lifestyle diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure.
There were nostalgic activities, including bouncy castles, carousels, train rides, trampolines, foam machines, swimming, and face painting.
Najel Foundation, with its slogan,“ Restoring Happiness ”, provided a mesmerising atmosphere for the kids to have a feel and blast of the Easter celebration.
In an interspersing mood to foster and boost camaraderie among the children, they were treated to a music and dance bash, which elevated their moods to glee and glitz.
The aforementioned fun-filled activities had hundreds of children throughout the playground with a variety of food and drinks.
In an interview, Naomi Naa Adjeley Annang, founder of Naguel, underscored the need to intersperse children's moods with happiness and laughter.
This, she said, forms part of an essential psychological need that enables children to feel loved and belong.
Annang commended the Najel Foundation team for putting up a great event to commemorate the Easter celebration with children, as a means of restoring happiness.
The CEO of Najel expressed gratitude to philanthropic individuals and organisations for supporting the initiative.
