Agradaa has offered to help either Akosua Serwaa or Odo Broni, but only under certain conditions
Evangelist Patricia Asiamah, popularly known as Agradaa, has waded into the ongoing legal battle between the two wives of late highlife legend Daddy Lumba.
In a TikTok live video sighted by GhanaWeb, she extended an open offer to 'Team Legal Wives', the supporters backing Akosua Serwaa and Odo Broni, inviting either camp to hire her for spiritual support.
"Team Legal Wives, Odo Broni, contact me for your advertising. Just give me a G-Wagon, a Jaguar and a private jet as compensation, because that fight is not child's play. This is a serious fight. We don't fight it physically, we fight it spiritually," she said.
Agradaa was confident in her ‘spiritual services,’ noting that whoever she chooses to throw her support behind will definitely win the longstanding battle.
"Once I get involved, it is over. I will bring the results and the winner of the fight. I am just waiting for the one who will bring me the block, bring the bag full of money and buy me. Once the money comes, I will venture into the fight spiritually. Be assured that whoever I support will win," she said.
The legal battles
Her comments come amid the legal battle over who is the rightful widow, and who controls the estate, of late highlife legend Charles Kwadwo Fosu, popularly known as Daddy Lumba, who passed away on July 26, 2025, at age 60.
Akosua Serwaa sued Odo Broni at the Kumasi High Court, seeking a declaration that she was Daddy Lumba's sole legal wife. Her case was unsuccessful; the Kumasi High Court ruled that she failed to prove the authenticity of her German marriage certificate, and the court ordered that both women be recognised as legal spouses of the late musician.
Unhappy with the outcome, Akosua Serwaa filed an appeal at the Court of Appeal in Kumasi, arguing that the High Court wrongly rejected her marriage certificate and misinterpreted the provisions of the Evidence Act.
Akosua Serwaa appeared before the Kumasi High Court on January 14, 2026, and filed for letters of administration to manage and distribute Daddy Lumba's properties.
Odo Broni's legal team swiftly filed a caveat, arguing that Akosua Serwaa cannot present herself as the sole surviving spouse and therefore lacks the legal standing to apply on her own.
The list of properties Akosua Serwaa claimed a half share of included homes in Dome, West Legon, Tantra Hill, and East Legon, as well as land in multiple locations and half ownership of companies, including DL FM and DL Water.
The case was adjourned to April 23, 2026.
