Popular Ghanaian Afrobeats star KiDi has officially confirmed that he is no longer signed to Lynx Entertainment.
Speaking during a TikTok Live session with blogger Code Micky, the “Lomo Lomo” hitmaker revealed that he has already parted ways with the label and is currently operating as an independent artiste.
According to KiDi, his transition away from Lynx Entertainment happened around the period he released “Gymnastic,” his collaboration with Olivetheboy and Kojo Black.

He explained that the song marked his exit phase from the label after years of working together.
“During the ‘Lomo Lomo’ days I was there, gymnastics was my exit,” KiDi confirmed.
During the conversation, Code Miki noted that many people often believe artistes struggle to produce hit songs after leaving Lynx Entertainment, a label known for grooming some of Ghana’s biggest music stars.
However, KiDi appears determined to prove doubters wrong.
The singer recently released “Signature,” a collaboration with Lasmid, and the song has already been gaining strong attention from music lovers.
“There’s a perception in the system that when an artiste leaves Lynx they struggle to get hits but your case is different. ‘Signature’ is currently one of the hit songs in the country,” he stated.
KiDi’s departure from Lynx Entertainment marks the end of a successful chapter that saw him rise into one of Ghana’s biggest Afrobeats exports, delivering several chart-topping hits and award-winning projects under the label.
