Agradaa said she told her husband she would be jailed
Evangelist Patricia Asiedua, popularly known as Agradaa, has revealed that she anticipated her prison sentence long before the court delivered its verdict.
Speaking on Kweku Addo’s livestream on May 8, 2026, Agradaa disclosed that she had mentally prepared herself for the possibility of being jailed and even selected clothes in advance for her stay in prison.
“I knew that they would jail me through the trials. I told my husband that they would jail me today,” she said.
According to her, she packed about 20 outfits before leaving home on the day of the judgment.
“When I was leaving home, I selected about twenty outfits for them to keep for me. I told them I knew I wouldn’t come back home, so if I needed any dresses, they should pick the ones I selected,” she explained.

Agradaa stated that her expectations were based on how the court proceedings unfolded over time.
“If you have a case in court and, through the trials, you see how the case is going, you will know whether it will favour you or not,” she shared.
She noted that the signs during the proceedings convinced her that imprisonment was likely.
“It came to me that, from the way it was going, they would jail me. I wasn’t really shocked because I was ready for everything,” she added.
