Ghanaian actor, comedian, and content creator Jeffrey Nortey has opened up about the future of his popular skit character “Dragon” and his on-screen love interest, Akushika, following the latter’s recent marriage.

Speaking in an interview with Patience Adu on GhanaWeb’s Talkertainment, Nortey suggested that while fans may eventually see a new love interest in Dragon’s life, replacing Akushika would not be easy.

When asked whether viewers should expect a new “Aku” anytime soon, Jeffrey responded quickly and acknowledged that Akushika’s departure leaves a significant void in the storyline.

“Currently, I can’t have her because she’s married. But no one can replace her, though,” he said.

Jeffrey admitted that Dragon remains heartbroken over losing his beloved Akushika, adding that it may take a long time before another person occupies that special place.

“I’m heartbroken. It’s going to take quite a long time to step into that space again. The love… I don’t want to even hear love anymore,” he remarked.
