‘Without Vivian Jill, nobody would know you’ - Abro fires at Kwabena Boakye

Media personality and entertainment pundit Abro has taken a swipe at Kumawood actor Kwabena Boakye following the actor’s recent allegations against actress Vivian Jill Lawrence.

It may be recalled that Kwabena Boakye, in a series of videos that went viral on social media, alleged that Vivian Jill neglected, mistreated, and overlooked his efforts despite his loyalty to her over the years.

The actor also claimed that Vivian Jill made several promises to him, including sponsoring his trip to the United States, which he alleged the actress failed to fulfil.

Reacting to Kwabena Boakye’s comments during a discussion on Royal TV Abro, stated that the actor should stop blaming others and abandon what he described as a sense of entitlement, adding that he should rather make good use of the exposure he gained through Vivian Jill.

“If Vivian has given you exposure, make use of her name. Had it not been for Vivian, most people wouldn’t know who you are. People know you because of Vivian Jill,” he said.

Abro further questioned Kwabena Boakye’s concerns about the amount he received from Vivian Jill for his work, asking whether he also shares gifts and money he receives from fans with the actress.

He additionally suggested that Kwabena Boakye may not have been in his usual state of mind while making the accusations.

“In the video, he kept saying the money Vivian gives him isn’t enough, but I want to ask whether he gives Vivian part of the money he receives from fans.

"It was through Vivian Jill that he became popular. I think he may have been under the influence of alcohol when he made those comments because he is usually a humble person. I don’t think he would normally behave that way,” he added.
