Media personality Afia Pokuaa has taken another swipe at the General Overseer of Reign House Chapel International, Prophet Eric Boahen Uche, following his failed prophecy regarding the Black Stars’ performance at the FIFA World Cup.
In a post shared on Facebook on June 18, 2026, Afia Pokuaa criticised the pastor, describing him as someone who puts on a false, make‑believe conduct, often referred to as ‘settings.’
According to her, it was already clear to many Ghanaians that the current Black Stars squad was not among the strongest heading into the tournament.

She argued that the prophet created the impression that the team’s success depended more on spirituality than on football preparation and performance.
Afia Pokuaa further described Prophet Uche’s statements that the Ghana Football Association (GFA) and the Black Stars players should consult him for prayers as inappropriate and unpatriotic.
