Women who sleep with multiple men damage their skin tone - Fire Oja claims

Ghanaian preacher Fire Oja has sparked debate on social media following comments he made about the spiritual and physical effects of sexual activity, particularly on women.

According to the preacher, women who engage in sexual relationships with multiple men simultaneously may experience negative effects on their appearance, including changes to their skin tone.

Speaking in an interview with Nana Romeo on June 21, 2026, Fire Oja claimed that the accumulation of semen from different men in a woman's body can affect her physical appearance.

“As a woman, if you sleep with several men at the same time, your skin tone can deteriorate. If you see a woman whose skin isn't looking good, it means she's very bad. If you ask anyone who is experienced will tell you I'm not lying,” he said.

He further alleged that women face greater consequences from promiscuity than men, arguing that the effects of infidelity are more severe when committed by women.

“When semen from different men enters a woman's body, it will cause the woman not to look good. When a married man sleeps with several women aside from his wife, the consequences are very little, but when a woman does, the consequences are very high,” he stated.

He continued, “That’s why a woman who’s a prostitute is worse than a man who womanizes. The same way, when a married woman cheats on her husband, it affects the husband’s work and life.”

Fire Oja also touched on the spiritual implications of sexual activity, describing sex as a hindrance to spiritual growth.

“If you want to be very spiritual in life, avoid sex. Sex is dirt, no matter who you're doing it with. If you want to know that whatever I'm saying is true, avoid sex for a month or two and pray constantly, then you will see how your life will turn out,” he remarked.

The preacher additionally advised married men to end relationships with wives who are unfaithful.

“I always advise my church members that when a woman cheats on them, they should leave her,” he added.
