'You can get bail and still face judgment' - Stonebwoy amid Webkid's release

Ghanaian dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy, has issued a peice of advice his followers after a controversial social media user, identified as Webkid, was granted GH¢100,000 bail with two sureties.

In a live TikTok session, Stonebwoy noted that his fans should try their best to avoid getting involved in issues that could land them in trouble.

According to the "Jejereje" hitmaker, his fans should stay safe from troubles, adding that even if they are granted bail for their actions, they will still face trial.

Webkid granted bail after 41 days in custody

"You guys stay safe, and stay free." Don't go do anything that will make them bail you. If they bail you, they will still judge your matter. So stay safe and stay free," he said.

Blogger Webkid was arrested for allegedly making some defamatory comments against Stonebwoy and his family.

Webkid, who spent about 41 days in jail, was granted bail on June 22, 2026.
