TikToker accuses Appiah Stadium of abandoning her after rejecting room invite

A lady, popular on TikTok, has come forward with allegations against Ghanaian social commentator Appiah Stadium, claiming he embarrassed and left her stranded at a restaurant after she declined an invitation to visit his room at a popular Accra apartment.

Speaking in a video shared on social media, the woman recounted how she allegedly met Appiah Stadium for the first time after an individual contacted her on TikTok requesting her phone number on his behalf.

According to her, she had no idea who Appiah Stadium was when his name was first mentioned.

“I asked, ‘Who is that?’ The person even sent me his picture, but honestly, I still didn’t know who the man was,” she said

She explained that after sharing her contact details, Appiah Stadium called and insisted on meeting her before leaving town the following day. Believing the meeting was likely for a business opportunity or promotional discussion, she agreed.

“I was thinking maybe he wanted to promote me or offer me a contract. My mindset was completely positive,” she said.

The lady alleged that Appiah Stadium asked her to book a ride, assuring her he would cover the cost, and initially directed her to Signature Apartments before later asking her to meet him at The Gallery Apartments instead.

Upon arriving, she said they settled at a restaurant, where they had casual conversations about her TikTok activities, business ventures, and other general topics while she had something to eat.

However, after noticing that he had still not explained why he had invited her, she decided to ask him directly.

“I finally asked him, ‘Please, why did you call me?’ I genuinely wanted to know because I thought it was about business,” she insisted

According to the woman, Appiah Stadium then invited her to accompany him to his room. She said she politely declined

“Immediately, I said, ‘No, I don’t want to go to your room,” he claimed

She claimed his attitude changed immediately afterwards.

“He paused, started scrolling through his phone, then stood up and said, ‘Sorry,’ before walking away,” she recounted.

The woman alleged that she remained seated, believing he would return after taking what appeared to be a phone call. Instead, she said she waited for about 15 minutes without seeing him again.

“I kept calling him because it was getting late, but his phone had been switched off,” she claimed.

After waiting for nearly 20 minutes and repeatedly failing to reach him, she said she concluded that he had intentionally abandoned her because she refused to follow him to his room.

“By that point, I realised he wasn’t coming back because I had refused to go to his room. So I booked a ride and went home,” she said.

Describing the incident as humiliating, the woman said what hurt her most was not the invitation itself but the manner in which she was treated afterward.

“The whole issue for me is the disrespect,” she maintained.
