Fire Oja accuses Appiah Stadium of using Mahama's name to lure women into hotels
Ghanaian preacher Fire Oja has made a series of allegations against political activist Appiah Stadium, accusing him of taking advantage of his relationship with President John Mahama to lure women into hotels.
Speaking in a video shared on social media on July 1, 2026, Fire Oja claimed that the public has unfairly criticized the young lady at the center of the controversy with Appiah Stadium while overlooking his actions.
“Appiah Stadium is using the president’s name to lie. Ghanaians have overlooked that, and you’re insulting the lady. He is using President Mahama’s name to lure women into hotels and sleep with them,” he alleged.
According to him, Appiah Stadium has presented himself to some women as either the Vice President or the son of President Mahama.
“Sometimes, he would tell them he’s the vice-president, or he’s the president’s son, but you’ve overlooked that. You’re insulting the lady because she’s not your family member,” he said.
Fire Oja also questioned Appiah Stadium's explanation that he intended to support the young woman because of her dancing talent.
“Appiah Stadium said the lady dances well, so he wanted to help her. Ask him, haven’t Dancegod or Afronita seen her? What kind of dance does she do on social media that she caught his attention with the dance? And he decided to help her in a hotel,” he stated.
TikToker accuses Appiah Stadium of abandoning her after rejecting room invite
Referring to claims made by the woman in a separate video, Fire Oja wondered why Appiah Stadium allegedly invited her to his hotel if his intentions were genuine.
“Even if you truly wanted to help, why did you ask her to follow you into your hotel? According to the lady’s video. Was he planning to let the lady dance for him in the hotel?” he asked.
He further alleged that Appiah Stadium asked the woman to check a mobile money transaction on his behalf because he claimed not to be familiar with the Ghanaian currency.
“He got a mobile money alert, and he asked the lady to check the message for him because he doesn’t know the Ghanaian currency, so she should check the amount for him,” he alleged.
Fire Oja also appealed to President John Dramani Mahama and businessman Ibrahim Mahama to address the issue, arguing that they should not allow anyone to misuse their names.
“I’m more worried for John Mahama and Ibrahim Mahama. Where both of you have reached in life and the level of grace you carry, you shouldn’t allow Appiah Stadium to use your name to lure women into hotels. We are all citizens, so if he’s able to do this with your names and you don’t let him know it’s against the law, don’t you think he would do worse?” he added.
