‘You’re senseless’ - A Plus confronts Ola Michael on live TV over flood debate

The Member of Parliament for Gomoa Central, Kwame Asare Obeng, also known as A Plus, has made some strong remarks against entertainment pundit Ola Michael on live TV.

During a discussion on United Showbiz on July 5, 2026, Ola Michael was reading viewer comments directed at A Plus, who has recently faced countless criticisms following his recent outburst at a constituent over flooding issues in Gomoa Central.

As Ola Michael read another batch of comments meant to criticise A Plus aloud, the Gomoa Central MP abruptly interrupted him.

A Plus described Ola Michael as “senseless” and someone who fails to think progressively.

“Ola, you cannot come here and ask me anything. You are mad. He is naturally a fool. From the very first day, we said we were going to build a special economic zone, but he did not have anything important to say.

“The only thing he could ask was where we would get the land from. He should be progressive. He is always thinking backwards because he is a fool,” A Plus stated.

A Plus further noted that Ola Michael is in no position to advise him on his utterances or comments on social media.

“You, Ola Michael, cannot advise me. Do you know where I came from and how I have been able to get to this position?” he added.
