'If you come with street, I will meet you with street!' - Rev Obofour's post sparks reactions

A viral video of Ghanaian man of God, Rev. Obofour, issuing a stern warning to an unnamed party has sparked reactions online, with many on social media speculating about who it was directed at.

In the clip shared by Sika Official on X on July 6, 2026, the founder of the Anointed Palace Chapel could be heard addressing his congregation, making it clear that he would respond in kind to however he is approached, regardless of the environment.

"If you do me mafia, I go do you mafia. If you do good, I go do you shege. If you come with street, I go meet you with street. If you come as a pastor, I will meet you as a pastor," he said in broken English as the congregation hailed him.

He went further to state that his conduct within the church is very different from his conduct outside it.

"As soon as I close church, I will leave my pastoral behaviour at the church centre. If you meet me outside, I will behave like an outside person," he added.

The clergyman is yet to name or clarify who the warning was directed at, but the comments have since gone viral, generating discussion on social media given Rev. Obofour's history of public feuds with some personalities.
