'I am very disappointed in Denise' - Daddy Lumba's sister declares

Akosua Brempomaa, sister of late Ghanaian highlife legend Daddy Lumba, has expressed deep disappointment in her niece, Denise, over a lack of communication following the musician’s passing.

In a video circulating on social media, the grieving sister broke down in tears as she recounted how Daddy Lumba had entrusted Denise with the responsibility of keeping her informed if anything ever happened to him.

“I am very disappointed in Denise, that daughter of mine, because she was the one her father told to contact me if anything happens, and I should also contact her if anything happens, but she didn’t,” Akosua said.

The emotional encounter captured Akosua Brempomaa overwhelmed by grief as she struggled to continue speaking. With her hands visibly shaking, she paused several times and was unable to complete her remarks.

Family members who were present eventually stepped in and appealed to members of the media to end the interview, explaining that she was too distraught to continue.
