‘The youngest girl I have dated is 24 years’ - Lord Paper

Ghanaian musician Lord Paper has dismissed assertions that he prefers to be in romantic relationships with teen girls, explaining that the youngest person he has dated is 24 years old.

The 30-year-old musician clarified in an interview on Okay FM that it is only an assumption that he dates teen girls, questioning whether a 24-year-old would be considered a child.

“The youngest person I have dated is 24 years old. I don’t know if 24 is considered a child. I am almost 31 years old,” he said.

Speaking about women reaching out to him through private messages, Lord Paper explained that most of their conversations are about his music, as many women are able to relate to the songs he makes.

“Most of the songs I do are for the girls, like ‘Call On Me,’ ‘Love No Catch You Before,’ and ‘Dzigbordi.’ They like my music, and they can relate to my songs,” he said.

Lord Paper also spoke about some of the perks that come with being a musician, saying people tend to treat musicians exceptionally well. According to him, these benefits sometimes come in the form of money and even land.

“People treat you extra well. When I go out with my team, they let me enter first. It comes with a lot of favours as well, including money. People give me money and even land,” he added.

With the growing trend of private sexual moments involving Ghanaian celebrities being leaked on social media, Lord Paper urged public figures to be more careful.

He stressed that he does not believe these prominent personalities would intentionally leak their own private moments, adding that he could not determine who was responsible for the leaks.

“I don’t know what happened so I cannot blame anyone but they should just becareful. I don’t know who leaked it, but I don’t feel like these prominent people will intentionally post something like that,” he stated.
