Ohemaa Mercy (L) says Nana Ama McBrown (R) is destined to minister the word of God
Acclaimed gospel musician Ohemaa Mercy has made a startling revelation about actress and media personality Nana Ama McBrown.
In a video shared on Instagram on August 20, 2026, Ohemaa Mercy stated that the celebrated actress is destined to minister the word of God.
According to Ohemaa Mercy, McBrown carries a special divine grace and has been called by God for a greater purpose.
She expressed confidence that once the actress embraces the calling, she will excel in it.

She further disclosed that she has been praying about McBrown’s calling since 2020.
“If you have had an encounter with Nana Ama McBrown, you will see that God uses people in different ways. She has a calling. I have prophesied to her, and she has to obey and walk in it.
“She should even chair the Women of the Altar programme. I have been praying about this from 2020 till now, and I know God will use her,” she said.
Reacting to the prophecy, McBrown shared how she could relate to Ohemaa Mercy’s remarks and testified to her own deep faith in God.
"Anytime I wake up in the morning, I look up at my ceiling and think about God because, in my mind, He represents the purest and cleanest thing. Before I get out of bed, I always give thanks to God.
“I didn’t believe I was pregnant at first because I had a special feeling that I can’t even describe. Also, when you are invited to a prayer centre, you must go with your whole heart, and something positive will come out of it,” she said.

McBrown also spoke about the impact Ohemaa Mercy’s Tehillah Experience has had on her life.
“If I should tell you what I have gained from the Tehillah Experience... My daughter, Maxin, was born in eight months and two days, and ever since she was born, she has not suffered any illness. She is also eating very well.
“I prayed that no threatening condition would befall my daughter or me, and God has been faithful,” she added.
