Ghanaian musician Kwaw Kese has criticised the growing culture of insults on social media, urging users to learn how to share their opinions and criticisms without attacking others.
In a post shared on his X page, the rapper expressed concern about how some netizens resort to personal insults whenever they disagree with someone’s views online.
According to Kwaw Kese, people should be able to engage in meaningful conversations, offer constructive criticism, and express their opinions without resorting to disrespect.

“If you can’t dialogue, constructively criticize or share your opinion without insulting someone under their post, then you are a fool. I’m sorry, but it is what it is,” he wrote.
The musician expressed his comments amid ongoing conversations about online behaviour, where public figures and social media users are often subjected to harsh comments during debates and disagreements.
Netizens have since reacted to Kwaw Kese’s post, with some questioning his message and describing him as a hypocrite for calling people “fools” in the same statement where he condemned online insults.
However, others agreed with the rapper’s point, arguing that people should be able to express their opinions and engage in discussions without resorting to personal attacks.
