“How does the Black Star Experience have anything to do with the economy? Let’s be serious. That is why they don’t take us seriously, because if you can tell that the economy is bad, we can’t get money to buy tickets for events. Are we serious at all?” Yaa Yeboah said.

In response, Omar posted on Facebook on September 27, 2026: “Intelligent people discuss ideas. Dumb people attack personalities.”

Although Rex Omar did not mention any names in his post, some netizens linked it to Yaa Yeboah’s comments and to some statements made by social commentator Kelvin Taylor.

Meanwhile, the post has since sparked mixed reactions online.

While some individuals mocked Rex Omar and demanded that he outlines policies implemented since assuming office, others urged patience, adding that his office is still finding its footing.
